A setting for Soft Clearance is available on the Criteria tab for object Set A and object Set B. This setting is used to specify extra distance to add between two or more components. An example of this is when wall assemblies are built on columns to encase them. In this instance a soft clearance is added to show if any components come too close to the column, whereby preventing the construction of the wall assembly.
